- Due to my growing business and popular appointments times, the following policy applies. This guarantees our time together. Please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list missed the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, please notify me 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
